SDR Company is a property management company based in Paralia Katerini, and manages a lot of apartments on behalf of owners. We re-rent those apartments to tourists, pay for cleaners, linen and do check-in operations as well as the whole reservation management process and promotion. We then split the clean profits (75% to the owner).
